Meet the Team

Ms. Elizabeth

Director

Hi, I’m Ms. Elizabeth, and I’ve been the director of Learn & Grow Pre-School since 2010.

Originally from Ecuador, I combine my business background with a passion for early childhood education. After working in finance and becoming a mom, I opened my first preschool in New Jersey.

My mission is to create a nurturing environment where children can grow into confident, creative leaders.
I love teaching and practicing ballroom dance.

Hi! I'm Ms. Alex
As a Lead VPK Teacher with a Child Development Associate Credential and extensive training in early childhood education, I’m deeply passionate about supporting children both academically and emotionally.
One of my greatest joys is watching toddlers transform into independent, confident learners.
